Managing relationships: empathizing, requesting, hearing requests, handling requests, appreciating, being appreciated, storytelling, forgiving, generosity, recruiting others to your cause,

Changing others:      they either have to want to change themselves, or you need coercive power

Changing institutions: a social movement, legislative or coercive power

Creating a new institution: a social movement, resources,

Changing governments:  a big social, political, economic movement, institutions on your side,  legislative or coercive power,
