This site, created by Frank Kashner, is dedicated to personal, social, and political change and growth.

The site will include events, observations, and stories from me and others. including experiences in family, school, and work.

I will examine and apply various ideas of philosophy, psychology,  education, and politics to both individuals and institutions, in the context of actual events.

In the academic world, stories are called “qualitative research”.  When the stories are about bullying, power, and conflict, they are seldom told.
